My background is in Engineering, I have a Masters in Civil and Structural Engineering from Durham University, and after graduating I spent several years working as a Structural Engineer for a multi-national consultancy. Here I worked on designs for schools, laboratories, hotels, hospitals and even the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
After that I moved into Project Management and have spent time as a PM for a nationwide property developer as well as working independently and for some of London's largest loft conversion and extension specialists. As a result I have worked on 100's of jobs ranging from small refurbishments all the way to converting entire blocks of flats.
I have extensive experience of all stages of a projects lifecycle from design through to construction and a comprehensive contact book should you need it. From builders, sub-contractors, engineers and architects through to surveyors and property finance experts I have almost certainly got somebody I can recommend.
