Dormer loft conversion to a 2nd floor flat to create a master bedroom with build in wardrobes and a family bathroom.

We fully managed this from design to completion, including design, engineering, planning and construction. This also involved a (successful) planning appeal after the client was unhappy with the inital council decision for a much smaller dormer.
