Full rennovation of a flat including addition of a roof terrace, conversion to an open plan kitchen/dining room and refurbishment of front garden and commmunal areas.

Internal works included custom fitted kitchen, built in cupboards, wardrobes and desk, new flooring, refurbishing stairs, full re-wire, re-plumbing, re-plaster and decoration.

Terrace included new fench doors, GRP roof covering, timber fencing and decking with built in storage seat and lights.

Communal works included silicone rendering, slate paving, refurbishing front door, wood flooring and full internal redecoration with two-tone paintwork.
